IMPORTANT INFORMATION

International Shipping, Taxes and Brexit

All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom. 

As of the 31st January 2020 the United Kingdom (UK) is no longer part of the European Union (EU). In case of shipping outside of the UK, the price you pay will not include any relevant import customs duties, import VAT or any other applicable import levies. As the buyer, you will be required to pay any duties, taxes and/or levies upon arrival of your parcel at its place of destination, in order to have your order released from Customs.

By placing your order, you also acknowledge and accept that you are responsible for checking if there is any specific rule or restriction applicable to the import of the goods into your country, and accept that you are solely responsible for any import customs duties payable.

As we are unable to advise you on the exact cost for the taxes and duties payable in your country, we recommend contacting your local customs office or tax authority before proceeding with your order. 

Shipping Times

Orders will be processed in 5-7 working days. (Pre-order items will specify an estimated dispatch date when purchasing) These are estimated delivery times from the dispatch date.

UK: 1 - 2 Working Days

Europe: 5 - 7 Working Days

United States of America: 7 - 10 Working Days

Rest of the World: 7 - 10 Working Days

Note: In some cases, it can currently take up to 25 working days for international delivery.

Due to Brexit, strikes and other unforeseen factors; some carriers are seeing delayed service. This is out of our control.

Shipping Zones

If your country is not listed, we may not currently be able to post there. Please contact for more information. 

Tracking: 

You will receive an email with your tracking information after your order has been processed and posted. 

Please be aware that not every country offers a tracked service, however every print order is required to be signed for.

Returns & Exchange

We do not accept any exchanges or returns on any items. All sales are final.

Damages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact this email address: thisisjoeboyd@gmail.com

In order for us to process a replacement, we will require a photograph of the damaged packaging (including the label showing your name and address) and the damage caused to the order.
